Your shifts and pay settings are calculated in your browser. They are not submitted to this website. Browser storage keeps entries on this device; clearing browser data removes them. Keep a JSON backup somewhere safe.
What stays in the browser
Clock punches, breaks, notes, hourly rates and paystub-hour figures live in this browser’s local storage. They are not synchronized across devices. Other people with access to this browser profile may be able to see them. Private browsing, storage limits and clearing site data can remove saved entries.
Requests and ordinary server logs
Your browser requests the page and local assets. Hosting infrastructure may log IP address, request path, timestamp, browser information and errors. Do not put private information in the URL. This release has no analytics, advertising, external fonts or application cookies. Infrastructure may apply its own security controls.
Exports and removing data
Downloaded JSON and CSV files contain your records, and the print dialog is handled by your browser or operating system. Protect files you share. Clear all shifts removes shift entries; use your browser’s site-data settings to remove all locally saved settings as well. Undo is available only within the current page session.
If advertising, analytics or server-side storage is introduced, this notice must be updated before those features are enabled.
